After closing the transaction

To ensure continued success, I also offer support after the deal is completed. This may include advice on integrating the sold company into a new structure, investment advice for the capital you receive, or support in following up any performance-based agreements (e.g. earn-outs). I am present as a ball board even after the deal has been completed, so that both buyers and sellers get the best possible transition.
