Interim leadership involves an experienced leader taking over a key role for a limited period to lead the company through an important change, growth phase or crisis situation.

What to expect

Flexibility in scope: The interim plan is tailored to your needs. The assignment can be on a full-time, part-time or project basis, depending on the situation and budget. Perhaps a full-time interim CEO is needed for six months, or a change leader who coaches the organization a couple of days a week during a longer project.

Structured way of working: I work methodically to quickly establish order and results. At the beginning of the assignment, I conduct a thorough analysis of the current situation and develop a clear action plan with priority actions.

Getting started with an interim solution is quick and smooth. Unconditional meeting & needs analysis: We start with a first call or meeting where we together with you (CEO, board representative or other key person) go through your business, current challenges and objectives. Here, identify the type of interim role and skills that would bring you the greatest value. We also discuss practical issues — what does the timeframe look like and what existing resources or ongoing initiatives we need to take into account. All information is handled confidentially and the purpose of the meeting is for both parties to get a clear picture of the needs.

Tailor-made proposal: After the initial needs meeting, I will develop a concrete plan for the assignment. You will receive a clear quote and plan describing the mission's focus areas, scope (e.g. fulltime/part-time) and a preliminary timetable. Appointment & start-up: Once we have an agreement in place (and necessary agreements, including confidentiality agreements, are signed) I can be in place as the interim leader.
